Was your injury caused by an accident? You may be eligible for an ACC subsidy
If your discomfort, pain or injury is caused by an accident, ACC will fund some of your treatment costs.
In order to claim ACC you will be asked at the beginning of treatment to fill in an ACC form detailing the accident. This gets sent to ACC and then you will get a letter telling you whether you are covered.
ACC assessment and treatment: $30
Recipients of Sickness, DPB or Unemployment Benefit ACC assessment and treatment: $25
Child / College Student ACC assessment and treatment: $20
If you aren’t subsidised by ACC we also offer Private Treatments
Private assessment and treatment: $70
Child / College Student Private assessment and treatment: $50
Recipients of Unemployment, Sickness or DP Benefit Private assessment and treatment: $60
You can be assured you will receive professional, expert, Physiotherapy from Lesley which only comes with 25 years experience. Having a lot of experience and extra qualifications in Manipulative Physiotherapy means she can treat a lot more issues effectively. If Physiotherapy treatment isn’t the correct treatment we will onward refer you to the correct professional.
